Colin has a background in Business Administration and brings solid fiscal responsibility to the Kemp Company. His ability to maintain a sound company has led to planned growth and sustainability. Colin has been in the construction business his entire adult life.

Mike Matousek
Graduate of The University of Dayton receiving a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering.
Over 40 years of experience in the Water and Wastewater Industry Started employment with Kemp Construction, Inc in 1999 as Project Manager. A member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Ron Stevens
Graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering
Worked for Square D Company as an Executive Field Engineer. Worked as a Sales Engineer for a Manufacturers Representative Company selling and overseeing installation of major process and control equipment for Water and Wastewater Treatment facilities. Ron joined Kemp Inc. in 1995 as Project Manager.
Member of AWWA, WEF, NC State Alumni Association. Trained in most OSHA Safety Procedures, Advanced Leadership, and certified in various Water and Wastewater Equipment by manufacturers.

Tom Matousek
Graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelors of Science in Engineering Design. Worked in the Automotive Manufacturing industry for over 5 years before coming to Kemp.
Specializes in advanced problem solving and process optimization. Well versed in automation, system controls and design. Six-sigma and Shainin Red X Certified.
Field Crew
Our boots on the ground
Kemp Inc. field staff is trained in Confined Entry, Trench Safety and other OSHA safety training. They respond regularly to emergency situations in the water and wastewater industry. Our trucks are equipped with air monitors, blowers, retrieval devices and all safety equipment needed to get the tough jobs done.
